How to join DigiTribe
1. Book a Safeguarding Verification Call below
Arrange a DigiTribe or MineMania Safeguarding Verification Zoom Call below – its takes from 10-30 minutes.
If you are interested in Minecraft Clubs choose the MineMania Onboarding. We will cover everything during this session. These are longer appointments of up to 30 minutes to allow for a tour of the server. You must play Minecraft Java Edition on the computer for this – NOT consoles, phones or tablets.
If you are NOT interested in Minecraft Clubs – choose DigiTribe onboarding. These are much shorter appointments and take around 10-15 minutes.

2. Attend the Zoom Call
This is a short video call with our DSL, your child, and you the parent/caregiver. We talk about how DigiTribe works, our safeguarding, answer any questions, and means we get to meet each other and talk though how it works and how we keep young people safe and supported.
3. We will add you to the DigiTribe Platform!
You will get an email with the password to access the Members’ area of the website, where you can book and pay for your sessions.
If you are joining MineMania, our Minecraft server, you will be able to access the server and book sessions once you have a paid for weekly or monthly subscription. Our Minecraft Clubs are free with your subscription and the server is accessible 24/7.
You will be sent an invitation to our free Online Youth Centre which is hosted on our private Discord server – this is for over 13s due to Discord’s age restriction for joining.
If you are joining MineMania, our Minecraft server, you will be able to access the server and book sessions once you have a paid for weekly or monthly subscription. Our Minecraft Clubs are free with your subscription and the server is accessible 24/7.
